Working Principle
1)Using the touch screen to control the whole machine,including the speed of the conveyor ,the filling volume etc.
2)Trough bottle loading machine make the bottles get into the conveyer belt one by one .

4)The cup loading machine make the cups along the track move one by one through shaking ,when sensor feel the bottle ,automatic loading the cover on the bottle.

used packaging machine Instruction of operate interface:

At first, check the circuit and steam are connected or not. Then open the chief switch, enter the main interface, enter the filling machine operating system.

Click“中文”／ENGLISH, and enter below interface:

Volume setting：for 1-8# nozzles

Set volume as per real filling volume,if the filling volume is 500ml,the real volume from filling nozzle(1-8#) will be a little difference, if the real volume from nozzle 1# is 502ml，you should set the volume number a little low,around 498ml. Like this,pls set volume of 1-8# as same as this way.

Current volume：showing filling volume current, the numericalis be showed automatic, can not be change.

Current speed：showing filling speed current, the numericalis be showed automatic, can not be change.

Please enter “Manual” interface,

Machine adjustment

A:Adjust conveyor according to the width of the products, the bottle moving cannot too tight or too loose, can twist the five-star handle, adjust it freely.

B:Open the conveyer, slow down speed, ,fixed the back clip bottle cylinder on the slippery course of Clip bottles cylinder, make the back clip bottle cylinder manually. Press "After bottle" button, the back clip bottle cylinder is start. Blocking the bottle to continue move.

The speed of Cylinder blocking bottles and cylinder can be adjusted by the two one-way regulator on cylinder.As Below,all the below cylinder speed are adjusted with this method.

C:put 8 pieces bottle on the conveyor, and fixed the position of front clip bottle cylinder on the sliding rail.then star the front clip bottle cylinder“Ago bottle”blocking the bottles.

D:adjust the clip mouth position for filling mouth.

fixed the front clip bottles on sliding rail by 8pcs bottles, then turn on the cylinder of front clip,and blocking the bottles.

E:Adjust the clip mouth position for filling mouth.fixed the 8pcs of bottles by device of front and back clip bottles, use the tool to adjust the clip block as shown in figure position, all different bottle mouth need to be adjusted again. press "Nip" manual clip bottle, can be used to test the position adjustment is correct or not.

F:Adjust the filling mouth position,Adjust the filling mouth position according to the distance of bottles

G:Adjust the height of filling mouth ：Use the black hand wheel adjust to the filling mouth on the bottle position .Then press "Nozzle UP down" by manual testing, until adjust to the proper position.

H:Adjust front and back position for device of meet material.

The above parts were adjusted well，now press "nozzle up and down＂"neck holder＂for testing.

1-8# filling ,check they work well or not by press the above button.

＂Belt＂：for turn on or off the conveyor

＂Fault reset＂：if there is any faults or crash when filling, press this key for reset.

＂Reset＂: press this key and the machine back original．

＂Limit up＂：press this key, servo will work up, then loose finger, servo stop work.

＂Limit down＂：press this key, servo will work to down, then loose finger, servo stop work.

After manual adjustment, enter below interface:

Servo motor filling machine adopt three speed setting separately,different material different speed,thick material with high speed, the maximum speed numerical is 3000. Material with big foam should with low speed.

Filling capacity：these three numerical are corresponding with numerical of speed. “1 speed” corresponding with “1 capacity” , like this, “2 speed” corresponding with “2 capacity”, “3 speed” corresponding with “3 capacity”.

Count：filled bottle quantity.

Belt speed:this numerical for setting conveyor speed,Numerical representative is ＨＺ，Maximum is 50ＨＺ．

Now speed：the numericalis be showed automatic, can not be change.

Filling Clear: Zero clearing manage，press this key，the previous counter is zero，count again.

ESC speed：machine finish working, back to speed adjustment.

I:Adjustment for feeding pump

Turn on the pump switch,machine check the level in tank automatic, the pump will work and feeding material automatic when lack material.

J:Press Emergency Stop when there is sudden case with the working machine, stop machine urgency. Pull out the Emergency switch when you need run machine again.

Enmergency stop

K:All adjustment finished，exit the manul adjust interface, enter the filling state.suction feeding pump will feeding material automatic when filling automatic，The pump will suck material automatic when the inside material in the hopper can not reach a certain position, put enough bottles in the front of electric eye for sensor bottle. Then manul response the front electric eye,the machines will be entered normal work state, continue to put the bottles in front .

L: Bottle sensor adjustment：(Generally, it was adjusted well before leave factory)

If sensor can not detect the bottle under normal working,the amplifier in below photo not shin,please adjust the knob on the sensor, if pass 8pcs of bottles, and detect 9 times, it means the sensor too sensitive, please adjust it a little tiny. reverse, if pass 8pcs of bottles, and detect 8 times less, it means the sensor too insensitive, please adjust it a little more.adjust the detected quantity agrees with bottles quantity. Turn on the conveyor at first, do not filling, testing more times use empty bottles,then start formal filling, for prevent fault with sensor testing, and material spray out.

M:Maintane machine
Cleaning machine:use raw water for normal cleaning. if need cleaning exhaustive，need take apart the three-way valve, charging barrel from machine for cleaning，Hopper can be cleaned by the next purge valve, Then the water is flow out through this valve.the whole machine can't allow water flows into the electricity box. Prevent electric appliance product burn out.
